It provides a way to not only improve the quality of healthcare and reduce the burden of caregiving, but also a way to connect people and build a sense of community. Connecting for Care seeks to utilize the latest communication and Internet technologies to connect all types of caregivers with the support, tools, and information they need in recognition of their achievements and in hopes of bettering the coordination of care among all groups.
