Triumphs of nationalized health care: 'No patient will wait longer than 18 weeks'
'No patient will wait longer than 18 weeks' - The Scotsman: Patients in Scotland will not wait longer than 18 weeks for treatment after being referred by their GP, pledged the health secretary. 85 per cent of patients are already being seen within this target.
